Slowly but surely, it looks like adidas wants to make the adidas NMD line as versatile as possible. Sure, the classic NMD models are good for every day kind of use. They’re great for casual wear. But what if you’re looking for something better equipped for let’s say a hike or trail walk? This is where the adidas NMD C1 Trail comes to good use.
Created as a trail-ready version of the NMD Chukka, the shoe comes with a stretchy nylon upper accompanied by the suede hits on the tongue and eyestay as well as the leather placed on the external heel counter. These new features not only make the shoe more durable, but also give you additional support. In addition, the new outsole gives you added traction compared to what you’re used to seeing on NMD models. Coming in your choice of Black or Grey, expect the adidas NMD C1 Trail to release on October 1st. Thoughts?
I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of people who won’t like the shoe, but if you’re a fan of Boost and also like the outdoors, this could very well be a good option to pick up. Not sure about casual every day wear, but then again, you never know.
